How We Get Your Order to You

We fulfill orders through our trusted fulfillment partner. Here's what to expect when you place an order with BuiltDailySupply.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination zone.

• US Domestic: Starting at approximately $6.50 for the first pound and going up to $20 for orders over 10lbs and up to 25lbs.

Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount or via special offers—check our homepage for current promotions, if any.

Important Restrictions

We Cannot Ship To:

• US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)

• Countries outside our supported regions (USA)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change something? You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to edit or cancel it.

After 2 hours, your order enters fulfillment and we cannot make changes. If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at [EMAIL] with your order number.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

• Tracking number

• Carrier information

• Link to track your package

If you don't receive a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at feedback@builtdailysupply.com with your order information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit? If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days (US) or 14+ days (international), contact us and we'll investigate.

Arrived damaged? Take photos of the package and damaged items, then email us at feedback@builtdailysupply.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.
